Amanda and Jason met all the way back in 2013 at the West New York Middle School. They spent many years growing a beautiful and genuine friendship. This friendship continued as both went into high school. The two grew up while remaining close friends. They ate lunch, studied, laughed, and most importantly were always there for one another. To them, their friendship has been one of the most special parts of their union, although ultimately the most special is that Jehovah has been what connected them indefinitely.
Jason picked the most precious place in my heart, my great-grandmother's house. On the very steps he proposed, many memories were made. Growing up the front steps of my great-grandmother's house were used to chat, laugh, drink coffee, and get fresh air. Amanda was extremely close to her great-grandmother. Amanda loved to make her coffee, and food, give her makeovers, and manicures/ pedicures, go on Dunkin runs, feast on chicken delight, put her to bed, and learn about Jehovah. It was a no-brainer to Jason that it would be the perfect place to ask for her hand in marriage.
