Do I have to stay at the selected accommodation?

Answer

While staying at the selected resort is not required, please note that guests who choose to stay off-property will need to purchase a day pass to access the resort on the day of the wedding. We chose this resort with so much love and intention, nothing but the best for our guests! We also worked hard to secure an exclusive discounted rate to make your stay as enjoyable and affordable as possible. If you do decide to stay elsewhere, please keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for arranging your own transportation to and from the venue.

Is there a minimum night stay required at the resort?

Answer

Yes, per the resorts policy, all guests attending the wedding are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights at the resort. We highly encourage you to arrive early or extend your stay so you can relax and fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. After all, it’s a celebration and a getaway!

How do I book a discounted room?

Answer

To reserve your room, please visit the “Travel” tab and click on the Room Block Booking link. A $100 deposit is required to secure the discounted rate. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we kindly encourage you to RSVP and book your stay as soon as possible!

What happens if there are no more available rooms?

Answer

Because our wedding falls during the resort’s high season, rooms are expected to sell out quickly. We highly recommend booking early to secure your spot, waiting too long could result in higher rates or rooms no longer being available at the resort. We’d love for all our guests to stay together and enjoy the full experience, so don’t wait too long to reserve your room!

We ask that all guests pay the $100 room deposit by October 31, 2025.

Your final room booking payment is due by January 25, 2026.

Can I bring my children?

As much as we love your little ones, please note that the resort/venue is adults-only, and unfortunately cannot accommodate children. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a relaxing getaway with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

You’re more than welcome to bring additional guests to join you on your trip and enjoy the destination together! However, due to strict venue capacity and guest limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the wedding invitation for any wedding events. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

How do I bring additional guest with me?

Answer

If you plan to bring someone not listed on your invitation, please be sure to include their name under your reservation when submitting your room booking request. This ensures everyone in your party can enjoy the discounted rate. Kindly note that only guests who have received a Save-the-Date are eligible to reserve a room, with a limit of one room per invitation. Unless the invited guests would like their own accommodation.
