We will have a trolley for transportation from the Chapel to Marina Village departing at 3:15pm and 3:45pm following the ceremony.
Semi-formal is preferred.
The ceremony will be held at The CHAPEL at Liberty Station (2881 Roosevelt Rd, San Diego, CA 92106). Street parking is available at Liberty Station. The reception will be at the Marina Village Conference Center (1936 Quivira Way, San Diego, CA 92109). On-site parking is available at Marina Village.

Following the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby The CHAPEL. A mariachi band will also play outdoors for a half an hour after the ceremony. Marina Village will open at 3:45 for our guests to enjoy some finger-foods and beverages. The mariachi band will also relocate from outside The CHAPEL to Marina Village where they will provide entertainment through the first introduction and start of dinner.
We will provide a variety of complimentary drinks to include water, apple cider, coffee, sodas, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. A champagne toast will also take place during dinner for those of legal drinking age. Food will include hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and cake in a buffet-style. - Hors d'oeuvres: mashed potato bar, crab cakes, beef teriyaki kabobs, ahi poke on crispy wontons, capreses skewers - Dinner: salad (fresh caesar and a spnich salad with pear, cranberries, and feta cheese), seasoned tri-tip, stuffed chicken marsala, roasted quartered herbed red potatoes, grilled asparagus, and assorted rolls - Cake: salted caramel Please let us know soonest if you have any food sensitivities so we can work with our caterer to try to ensure everyone has something to eat on our special day.

The ceremony will be held indoors with some beautiful outdoor photo opportunities following. The reception will be held indoors as well, but an outdoor courtyard area will be available as well. In the unlikely event of rain, a tent will be placed to cover the outdoor area.
With an average temperature between 54F and 70F, the weather is typically overcast with a costal layer in the mornings, but clears up for beautiful sunshine days in the afternoon. Sunset will be around 5:15pm and we recomend bringing a light jacket as the temperature does cool down to low 60s at night. There is an outdoor space as well at the reception venue where some outdoor games will be staged.

We will have an informal "night on the town" on Friday, 19 NOV for the wedding party, family, and friends to explore local bars in downtown San Diego. On Monday, 22 NOV we plan on having a bring-your-own-food afternoon / evening get together on a local San Diego beach to enjoy some beach activities and a bon fire.
We will miss you! Life happens and we understand things come up that may preclude you from celebrating in-person with us.
