Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love children, we really do! As many of you may be taking this as a vacation with your family, we ask that our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be adults only. We can put you in contact with our event coordinator to make arrangements for child care on that particular night

How much is the all-inclusive package?

Accommodations: Elite Suite Double Dates: September 17 – 20, 2020 (3 nights) Total Cost (Single room occupancy): $1,140.00 Total Cost (2ppl per room): $1,716.00 ($858.00 per person) Total Cost (3ppl per room): $2,385.00 ($795.00 per person) Child Rate (4 -12 Years) sharing with two adults: $357.12 per child Children under 4 years old are free.

Can I do a payment plan?

Answer

Yes, you can. Once Adrienne receives all of your information, she will put a courtesy hold on your room and send you an invoice to go over, confirm and then submit a 50% deposit for your room. The final payment will be automatically charged by August 10, 2020, if you have not already paid in full.

Can I stay longer or upgrade my room?

Answer

Of course! Longer stay and upgrades are dependent on hotel availability. Please let Adrienne know as soon as possible in order to make those accommodations.
