Bridesmaid
Growing up I didn't have a big sister but that's not the case anymore. I got lucky with an amazing future sister in law. I can express my crazy feelings and emotions (with no judgement). I know we're usually ALWAYS the same page which I love. She has the biggest heart of anyone I know and I can't wait for you to stand beside me.
Bridesmaid
I have known Jennifer FOREVER! From playing in second grade together to now being adults and standing beside each other at the alter. She's the friend who keeps me on my toes. She's probably the person who knows ALL the things about me ( please don't ask her any stories, ha). I can't wait to make memories with her on this special day!
Bridesmaid
I don't know if any of you know Claire but if you don't you're missing out. Growing up means your friend groups change. Somehow I got lucky with her and I couldn't be happier. She has taught me that just because things change doesn't mean you can't have amazing girlfriends(SHE'S THE BEST) . An amazing girl tribe is what every women needs which she has showed me.
Bridesmaid
Kimberly I hold dear to my heart. I have known her since we were 11 and somehow my crazy hasn't scared her away. I couldn't handle some life moments without her. Like holding my hand while laying in the bed before finding out I had cancer. Many years later we still hold each others hands through life moments. I can't wait for you to hold mine on my big day.
Bridesmaid
Kathryn is the most amazing individuals know. She can have the weight of the world on her shoulder but carries on with a smile. She one of the most loving friends I know and it's amazing. She'll be there for you with Chinese food and wine while you sit on the floor and cry for hours.
Bridesmaid
Oh my FF and Partner in crime. Nikki has been by my side through SO many ups and downs since moving to Raleighwood! She understands me with all my madness even when the thoughts are super crazy. She's stood by my side through so much and I can't wait for her to stand beside me on my big day!
Maid of Honor
My sweet Tator Tot. This is a friendship I cherish DEARLY! I met Taylor in 4th grade and lets just say we didn't get along at all. Crazy right??? That's not the case now though. Over the last 15 years she has become someone I cannot do life without. She the person who makes it to every birthday, no matter how far! She'll come days early to help put together your housewarming party. HECK, she's the friend that'll take your mom birthday cake when you can't. She goes above and beyond for others which makes her a unique individual. A friendship like this doesn't happen that often anymore and I couldn't think of anyone else to be my Maid of Honor!
Best Man
"Skippy." Coming back from Japan, it took me a little while to find someone I meshed well with. Chris has since been my best friend for 21 years. Chris has been my constant partner-in-crime and has constantly pushed me to achieve greater.
Groomsman
*Fire Alarm Blaring* "Did you do this?" Back in college Christian was an immediate stand-up and stand out personality. His dry humor, genuine personality, and quick wit immediately jumped out. While not always crossing paths regularly these days we still maintain a great friendship. Chrisitan is one of the few people I communicate with on almost a daily basis and whose honest feedback makes me fortunate soul.
Groomsman
"Do better." Chris was a "dark horse" among my friends. Meeting Chris was great luck for me. He is a kind and genuine person that speaks very directly. His personality is a fresh cool glass of water on a warm summer day. I am proud to have him standing with me.
Groomsman
"Is Holland here yet?" Over the years of knowing 'Holland,' I can think of countless times where Holland has offered up anything he has to his friends. He is always there for a friend in need and happy to share anything he has. While not always the most punctual Holland makes a point of always being open to help others.
Groomsman
"I am offering you the 'golden carrot here...'" Several years ago I got some very sagely advice from "Ocho." Since then Chris has been a good friend and work mentor for me. Helping me reach new heights. I'm lucky to have such a level headed and genuinely caring person to bring me back to planet Earth.
Groomsman
"Hey Will! Want a shot?" It didn't take long before "GG" turned from friend to family. He is an unapologetically, welcoming person. One gets such a sense of family with him that the warmth he exudes can be disarming. As though whatever mistakes one might make, they will always be accepted.
Groomsman
"I swear, if I hear one more whistle blow I am going over there to say something." My first roommate in Raleigh, I am still surprised by how lucky I got by being to Nate. Nate's casual personality makes for an easy atmosphere and an enjoyable time.
Groomsman
"Don't. Tell. Mom." James is my [actual] brother. It's hard to describe what our life was like, growing up between cultures. But it is an experience that requires a lot of growth and soul searching as you find your identity. James and I, like many brothers, did not always get along when we were young. As we have grown ourselves, we have also grown together as siblings that respect and love each other. I am honored to call him my brother.
