We met over the summer before school started. We were both in ROTC. He had a girlfriend and I was crushing on someone else. All I know is I thought he was super cute and country. A few days later, we started texting at the football game. He wanted to know if I would date him but I told him I had to get approval from my dad like a total dork. ;) A couple days later on my SECOND day of high school, he asked me out in front of my 1st block class.

He had been acting giddy and asking silly questions.. we met up after work one night to eat at Logan's. I received a random phone call from my Aunt Brandy right after we left, asking if we could come over and help watch the kids while they put up a shelf in their building. I was all in! We get there and I told Brandy I feel like TJ is going to propose but was clueless as to when.. Later that night, I'm sitting on the couch playing with the kiddos. TJ and Brandy started acting funny and BAM! His sweet self hits one knee. Never would I have thought he would propose at my Aunt's. <3
