The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early to find your seat and settle in before the celebration begins
Yes! There is an open parking lot available at the New Center for all guests. Simply follow signs and staff directions for a smooth arrival.
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony so our professional photographers — who we’ve invested in to capture every special moment — can do their work. After the ceremony, feel free to snap away and capture all the joy of the evening!
No, transportation will not be provided. We recommend arranging your own rides or carpooling with fellow guests. The commute from the host hotel in downtown Akron to the New Center in Rootstown, OH takes about 20 minutes
Yes! Please include any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP so we can make sure your meal is safe and enjoyable.
