How We Met

When Renny ordered a gold watch strap from the Shinola store, weeks passed with no word.
When Renny called, Jasmine, the new Store Manager, inherited the "Renwick" saga. Her associate assured her the strap was ready for pickup, a mistake we're all grateful for.
When Renny arrived, Jasmine, ready to replace the strap, noticed the error: Renny's watch was gold; the strap was silver.
The correct gold strap was sold out! Renny returned home and "patiently" waited. Growing exasperated, he even complained to another store, mentioning a manager who "didn't know what she was doing."
Jasmine learned about the complaint but also received incredible news: the gold strap had "conveniently" been restocked!
To apologize, she offered to personally deliver it (not a hint). Renny, grateful for her persistence, was won over. The strap saga concluded, but the story didn't.
Renny asked, "I'd like to take you out on a date."
The rest is history. The perfect strap wasn't the only thing Renny found.
