What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm as the ceremony will promptly start at 5pm.

Question

Will there be Hawaiian traditions?

Answer

Yes, there will be several Hawaiian traditions done at our ceremony. For example a Haka will be done which is a ceremonial dance and chant. These traditions are sacred to Hawaiian culture and we ask you be respectful.❤️

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes a limited open bar will be available. Please bring cash to tip your bartender!

Is there a block of rooms available?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms at the Doubletree by Hilton on Penn Street. Breakfast and parking are included in your stay.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 7th.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to invite all of our friends' children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and we very much hope you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No unfortunately we were not able to provide transportation.

Only if specified on the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual attire is preferred! We want you to be comfortable but look your best. Think causal dresses, jumpsuits, skirts or pants suits. Button up shirts, khakis, polos etc. Please be mindful of foot wear choice since the ceremony will be outdoors.

Moyer’s is catering and there will be a buffet with several options.
