When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP BY April 12,2026 if it isn’t done by the deadline you will be marked as a No and we won’t be able to accommodate you!

Is there a dress code?

Yes ALL WHITE!! Any guests not following dress code will not be allowed entry!!!DRESS TO IMPRESS this is a formal event so please stick to our dress code! Please DO NOT wear Jeans, shorts, hats, gym shoes, T- shirts or any athletic apparel of any type.

Can I bring a date?

INVITATION ONLY!!! Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is parking and also a parking attendant to direct our guests

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, this is an Adult Only affair…We respectfully request no children under the age of 18 at the reception UNLESS THEY ARE APART OF THE CEREMONY

Yes ONLY during cocktail hour and the reception and Please feel free to take your pics and videos and tag us and use our hashtag #happilyeverAustin

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE AT THE SAME PLACE?

Yes the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside and the reception to follow inside!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

YES! Please arrange transportation such as Uber or Lyft to and from venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely.

What if the bartender doesn’t serve the alcohol I drink

Please feel free to bring your bottle of choice!! Please arrange transportation such as Uber or Lyft to and from venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safely.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 5 o'clock in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:30p.m to have time to park and be seated If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will not be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour.

Can I record or take photos during the ceremony

Answer

Unfortunately you CAN’T We invite you to be truly present during our ceremony, and respectfully request that all cameras and phones be put away and on silent until cocktail hour/reception (UNPLUGGED CEREMONY)
