We Decided on Forever

Jasmine and I first met on my livestream that included a group of other users, just shooting the breeze and passing time. When she logged on for the first time there was an instant connection. She caught my attention right away, she was the only person I wanted to talk to and as the hours passed it was just her and I. I knew I wanted to know her more, so I got her number and invited her to see Captain Marvel with me at studio movie grill. The movie was great, but the time we shared together was the best part. We had several dates after that and as our friendship continued to grow we decided it was time to make it official. Jasmine picked me up to take me to an eye doctors appointment on march 28th 2019. She drove an hour to pick me up and then another hour to take me to the appointment. From that point on I knew she cared for me and she would always be by my side. Later that evening I asked Jasmine to be my girlfriend and I've never been more right about anything in my life.

It was our first vacation together and Lee and I had just recently celebrated 1 year together. We were planning it as a birthday trip for my 26th birthday, first we'd visit tybee island and then we would stay in Savannah, GA. We booked the most beautiful hotel on river street with palm trees and a rooftop view of the river. We came back from the beach to get cleaned up for a "fancy dinner". Once I was all dressed up, my sister Mila told me to meet her on the rooftop for photos at sunset. As Lee and I arrived on the rooftop, to my complete surprise, I was greeted by not only my sister but Lee's closest family and our dog babygirl. He tried to play it off as a "birthday surprise" but I knew what was going down. His mom Janet presented me with a princess Jasmine themed build-a-bear. Inside it had a message for me with Lee's voice asking me to accept his hand in marriage. Lee got down on one knee and I knew that I could live in that moment forever. There is no one else in this world I could picture the rest of my life with. That was my greatest adventure, but with Lee this is only the beginning.
