Question

Do I have to stay at the Riu Palace Paradise Island?

Answer

It is not mandatory to book your stay at the Riu Palace resort, but if you wish to stay at a different hotel a day pass must be purchased from Riu Palace in order to attend the wedding festivities.

Question

Do I have to book my trip through the travel agent working with Jasmine and Keri?

Answer

It is not mandatory to book your trip through Stacy Cahill, but there are several benefits to doing so. The biggest incentive is that there is a group promo code that is being used for the Rogers wedding, so guests that book through Stacy will receive a certain amount off of their total. Stacy is very familiar with the wedding plans and will be able to assist if you have any questions specific to this trip. If you happen to find a deal somewhere for cheaper than the travel arrangements that Stacy has available, she will price match with the lower booking and you will still receive your group promo code discount.

Question

Can I bring my child(ren) to the wedding?

Answer

The Riu Palace Paradise Island is an adults only resort, so unfortunately no children under the age of 18 will be able to have access to the resort.

Question

When do I need to have my trip completely paid for after booking?

Answer

To book your trip through Stacy Cahill at Ace Travel House, you will only need to pay a $200 deposit initially to confirm your booking. Your complete payment will be due in full 45 days before the wedding day (April 3, 2019). You have the option to make several smaller payments leading up to the deadline, or pay the remaining total at one time.

For all the days along the way
