Yes! Please RSVP 'YES' or 'NO' upon receiving an invitation. This will help us make sure we have an accurate headcount. Please do NOT substitute anyone in your place.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the excepton of immediate family who are part of our wedding party. We encourage parents to use our wedding/reception as a night out. Food, drinks & dancing are on us. :)
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate formally invited guests. Your wedding invitation is solely for yourself unless otherwise indicated.
The attire for #ForeverJones is semi-formal. The ceremony will take place indoors however the reception will also provide access to an outdoor area for guests to lounge. The weather will still be hot & humid here in Memphis during this time of the year, so please dress comfortably but make it cute.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony." Any photos including but not limited to Facetime Calls, Facebook livestreams or video recording will be not allowed by guests during the wedding ceremony. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographers capturing the ceremony for us. Anyone outside of the official photographer and videographers who is seen capturing footage of the ceremony, will be asked to put their phones away or exit the ceremony. Guests are more than welcome to take as many photos and videos during the reception as they would like.
Yes! There will be drinks, wine, and beer available to all guests over the age of 21 during the reception. We ask that guests please drink responsibly. Tipping is encouraged.
All invited guests must submit a RSVP no later than Friday, July 18, 2025. There will be no exceptions to that deadline or extensions as we must submit an estimated headcount of guests attending to our wedding vendors.
The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 p.m. Guests are welcome to arrive early and check-in beginning at 4:30 pm. This will give guests enough time to park, sign the guest book, and find their seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will be asked to wait in the holding area until the ceremony has ended and reception begins.
If you submitted "YES" to attending the wedding after the deadline and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
