What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:30pm. Please arrive by 2:10pm so we can start the ceremony on time.

Is the wedding ceremony going to be outside?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside, we will be up in the mountains so keep in mind it will be slightly colder than usual. The average high is 41°F and a low of 26°F. Please dress accordingly, following the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. For guys, tuxedos aren't a must but we ask that you wear your best suit. For ladies, midi/full length dresses or pantsuits are preferred. Make it fun, yes this is a winter wedding but let's make it a colorful wedding! Please refrain from wearing white.

When to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 4th, 2025. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume you are not attending and will not be included in the final count. We do this so we can give a final count to our vendors and cannot accept any late RSVPs.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a discount at the Hampton Inn near our venue, which can be found on the "Accommodations" tab. Also, you can consider staying in a Airbnb or Vrbo house if you have a big group!

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Not everyone will have a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation if you are able to have one.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have wine, beer, and cocktails. We will provide shuttles to the hotel at the end of the night or if you plan on going to the afterparty. We appreciate you coming to town to celebrate with us so enjoy the night with no worries!

Am I allowed to take photos/videos during the wedding?

Answer

We ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony, we have hired a lovely photographer and videographer that will capture the moment. But after the ceremony, feel free to snap memories the rest of the night!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Yes, as long as we are aware you are planning to bring your kid(s) so we can include them in the guest count.
