Question

How/when do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 11th as stated on your RSVP. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will not be able to include you in our count for our day.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a block at the Springhill Suites. However, our shuttle should be stopping at the other hotels listed on our website. If staying at any of the other hotels listed on our website, please let us know so we can reach out to you with shuttle info.

Can I park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the venue. However, please be careful if you drive as we will have alcohol at the wedding. We want to make sure everyone arrives and gets home safely.

When should I get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. You are welcome to come into the venue as early as 4:00pm. We recommend you arrive by 4:15pm in order to give you time to find a seat.

When will dinner be served?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style meal around 6:30. We will have light refreshments and appetizers during cocktail around after the ceremony.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes. We will have an open bar at the reception. However, please drink responsibly to make sure everyone arrives home safely.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We have paid for a professional photographer to capture how the ceremony looks, we have invited you so you may capture how the ceremony feels. We ask you turn off your electronics during our ceremony to ensure you are in the moment and not in the way of our photographers. Our photos will be available as our photographer releases them. After the ceremony is complete and the wedding party has exited, you may turn on your devices and take pictures of whatever you wish!

What should I wear?

Answer

Please come in formal wear which may include: a dress, a nice blouse with dress pants, suit & tie, or a nice shirt with dress pants. If you have concerns about what is appropriate to wear, please reach out to the bride or groom with questions.

Should I avoid wearing any colors?

Answer

Please avoid wearing white or terracotta/burnt orange colors as this is what the bride and bridal party will be wearing.
