Due to the limited availability of Luxury Suites we are asking you to reserve your rooms As Soon As Possible. We also have several Swim-out rooms, Family Suites, and a few Diamond Club suites reserved. Please use the link provided to reserve your room by October 14, 2024. Room Options Luxury Junior Suite Ocean view Luxury Junior Suite Swim-out Luxury Family Suite** **Note: Luxury Family Suite ONLY - Up to 2 Children stay free - First teen (13-17) and First child (2-12) with at least one paying adult. Additional child pricing is available upon request. (Diamond Club) Luxury Junior Suite Oceanview Luxury Junior Suite Swim-out. All deposits are due October 1-14, 2024 to secure your room selection at this rate. Final payments are due Friday, June 13, 2025 (no exceptions). Note: Additional room options (Adult Only accommodations and Children pricing) is available upon request. Flight arrangements, Trip Insurance and Ground Transportation will be coordinated at a later date. Reservation Payment Update

As you are aware, we are fast approaching the venture and want to share a few reminders and update you on the logistics for finalizing your reservations. All questions and concerns should be directed to Mom (Evette Chapman- 443-677-8051). Resort Payment All payments must be made in the following manner: Contact Greta Maurice via email at: groupsRSL-UVF@royaltonresorts.com You will need to provide the following information via email to make your payment(s) *Hotel Confirmation number *Payment amount *Guest full name (person making payment) *Guest email address  Note: Once you submit the email you will be provided a link to submit your payment to Royalton Resort. This process must be followed with each payment submission until your final balance is paid in full. *Final payments for existing reservations are due no later than Friday, June 13, 2025. Deposits will be forfeited if final payments are not made. *Book your flight reservations as soon as possible and provide flight information to: (Evette) no later than July 31, 2025 to arrange transportation for airport pickup and drop off. Note: there is a separate fee for transportation. Cost will be provided when your reservation information is provided.   *Contact (Evette) if you are interested in securing travel insurance. This is a separate cost based on individual trip costs. *Remember your Passport must be current and cannot be within 6 months of expiration for the entire trip period. *We are considering excursions/activities for the week and would like to know if you’re interested so we can pursue options/accommodations/costs. Itinerary: We plan to share event activities and attire requirements at a later date and time.
