When should I book my room?

Answer

Please book your room as soon as you are able and before June 9, 2025. We do not have a room block, so we suggest if you are able to book your room immediately please do so. Your card will not be charged the full amount for your room until 30 days prior to your check in date. You can reserve a room between 8/8/2025-8/15/2025 for a minimum of 3 nights. You will get the best rate between 8/10/2025-8/15/2025. Remember to also use our promo code, MLWAUG25XPM, to ensure the best rate!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have spoken with those who can bring plus ones (typically long-term partners, and spouses). It will also be apparent in your RSVP if you are able to bring a plus one. Please reach out to us if you have more specific questions about this.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The style for our wedding is "beach chic". Think light, flowy dresses and linen suits. The venue for the ceremony is shaded, but Cancun will still be very warm. As far as color scheme, bright, tropical colors are best.

What else is there to do?

Answer

There is PLENTY to do, both on and off the resort. There are daily activities on the resort ranging from cooking classes to recreational activities, you can check out their spa, or you can chill by the pool and enjoy delicious food and drinks! When you arrive, you can also talk with concierge to hear about excursions and other activities off the resort. We are also working on.a group activity at the resort, so stay tuned for that!

How can I get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

Excellence Playa Mujeres provides transportation when you book your room both to and from the resort! No need to book an Uber or look for a taxi when you arrive. If you need more information on that, reach out to us and we can help!
