This event is semi-formal attire. We will be inside and outside the venue. The lawn is mostly grass.

We will have appetizers during cocktail hour and a bar with wine, beer, our couples drinks and a few mixed drink options as well as water and sodas. Dinner is catered from an award winning BBQ spot, all you can eat, with sides and vegan options. The venue sits on Lake Tahoe, Valhalla has a dock that you can walk out onto and enjoy the Tahoe waters and mountain views. We will have a room inside the venue for the kids to play in during the reception, set up with a video screen, music of their own and activities as well as hired childcare supervisors to watch over them while the adults relax and have fun! Those flying in will need to fly into Reno and travel the 1.5 hours or so to the venue. There are hotels in Reno as well as in Southlake for your convenience. There are also rental cars, shuttles, Ubers and taxis as transportation options. We are sooooo excited to see you all for this exciting day, we appreciate every single one of you for making time for celebrate with us! We love you!
