We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the official ceremony begins so everyone can be settled before the proceedings.

Cocktail attire- guests should aim for attire that complements the romantic and warm ambiance of the occasion. Opt for warm hues like corals, oranges, pinks, and soft golds, which reflect the sunset. Earthy tones like olive green or sandy beige can also work well.

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held at the Del’avant Event Center. This is an INDOOR celebration with THREE distinct spaces catering to each aspect of our celebration. The ceremony will be located in the chapel. During cocktail hour, there will be an open bar located at the Rooftop Garden. Then everyone will transition to the ballroom for the reception.

ABSOLUTELY, there is a parking deck behind the building. So there will be plenty of parking.

We would love to have your kids but unfortunately due to limited spacing only the children of the bridal party will be allowed. We do ask that when you enter your name on the RSVP page, please add each individual that will be in attendance. This will help us to ensure that everyone is accounted for in reference to seating and dining.

Of course, but we do ask that during the wedding ceremony PLEASE keep the electronic devices silent or turned off. This will ensure that there are limited distractions and disturbances during our ceremony.
