What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is country/rustic. Remember it will be up on the mountain so it will be fall so sometimes it's cool and sometimes it warm so bring a jacket with you. Ladies wear casual dresses and men wear blue jeans and long button shirt. Please refrain from wearing white or ivory or something similar.

What will the weather be?

Answer

While during the day the weather will be nice and cool at night the temperature will be dropping so please bring a jacket or a shawl is recommended.

Will ceremony and reception take place indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The venue is combined indoor/outdoor. The ceremony is outdoor unless weather permits and reception is indoor.

Is there parking available at the wedding?

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Absolutely! We love and adore your children's and would love to celebrate with the whole family; or if you need an excuse for date night, come with your partner only. Whatever you're feeling we're here for it!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately we have strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on our wedding invitation.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, I would suggest low heels shoes. The wedding ceremony will be held outside depending on the weather. There will be limited golf cart rides to the ceremony for anyone not able to walk.

Will there be smoking allowed at the venue?

Answer

Yes, The only smoking areas on the property are located at the back corners of the building adjacent to the parking lot. Smokers must dispose of used cigarette/cigar butts in the pails sitting at the back corners of the building in parking lot.

What happens if I don't RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee accommodation for guest without RSVP.

Can I take Pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony". Phones and cameras are strongly discouraged as we want everyone to be fully present while witnessing our family's union and celebrating with us at dinner. We have hired an amazing professional to capture this moment for us and we will definitely share when we receive the photos.

Can I take photos at the reception?

On the other hand, we would love for you to capture as many photos and videos at our reception as possible.
