To help create a polished and celebratory atmosphere for all of our guests, we kindly encourage cocktail attire for our wedding. This typically includes suits or dress pants with a button-down shirt for men, and cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or similar attire for women. Our goal is to create a beautiful, elegant environment where everyone feels part of the occasion. Because of this, guests who arrive significantly outside of the requested dress code may be asked to leave or change before rejoining the celebration. Thank you for helping us make the day feel extra special!
While we love your little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding day an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us. We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Thank you so much for understanding and for helping us make this a special day for everyone!
Our wedding will take place in Newport, Kentucky, which sits right across the river from downtown Cincinnati. There are many great hotel options nearby within a short drive or uber/lyft from the venue. A few hotels we recommend include: • Aloft Newport on the Levee – A modern hotel located in the popular Newport on the Levee area with restaurants, bars, and riverfront views. • Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Cincinnati – A comfortable and convenient option close to the river and downtown attractions. • Homewood Suites by Hilton Newport Cincinnati – A great option for guests who prefer larger rooms or suites. • Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront – Located just across the river in Covington with beautiful views of the Cincinnati skyline. We recommend booking early, as hotels in the area can fill up quickly depending on events happening in the city. Any hotel in Newport or downtown Cincinnati will keep you close to the celebration!
We recommend arriving about 15–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at the time listed on your invitation, and we’d love for everyone to be there to share the moment with us. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, we may ask you to wait until an appropriate moment to be seated so we don’t interrupt the ceremony.
