When should I RSVP by?
Answer
The sooner the better! Please RSVP no later than February 1st, 2027.

Do we HAVE to RSVP?
Answer
Yes, this helps us keep a head count. If you have not RSVP'd by February 1st, 2027, we will assume you will not be in attendance.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we want this day to be a worry-free day for the parents! Due to the amount of alcohol being served and our venue's restrictions, we will only be allowing children specifically stated on the invitation who are teenagers. Please arrange childcare.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the venue's strict guest count, we are unable to accommodate guests outside of the invitation's stated names. We look forward to spending our special day with you!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes, our room block is with Holiday Inn Auburn by IHG and will be updated here on our website. You can find the booking link in the Travel tab. Be sure to book by March 6th, 2027, to secure the discount. We will provide a shuttle to and from the venue to prevent drinking and driving.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 5 PM (PST). You can arrive as early as 4:30 PM and ask that you come no later than 4:50 PM. The reception is held at the same venue.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we kindly ask everyone to dress in formal attire. Color scheme is TBA, but we ask to refrain from white or white adjacent colors.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?
Answer
Yes, the venue has plentiful parking. If you choose to book a stay at our nearby hotel block, we are offering a shuttle to prevent drinking and driving as well.

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The wedding will be held at Winchester Vista (3030 Legends Dr, Meadow Vista, CA 95722). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
