Important Deadlines: The special group rate is available until July 29, 2025—no extensions will be granted. Rates: $129 + tax per night (King Bed) | $139 + tax per night (Two Queen Beds). After July 29, 2025, unreserved rooms will be released back to the hotel. Stay Details: Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM No early check-ins or late checkouts. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Children under 14 must be supervised at all times. Reservation & Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be made over the phone and confirmed before finalizing. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival; cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged one night's rate + tax. Changes to reservations must be made before arrival and approved by management. No same-day changes at check-in. Additional Notes: The hotel will not match the group rate after the deadline.
