The dinner will be a buffet-style meal with the following options. (V) denotes Vegetarian Options. Appetizers: Hummus Trio w/ Pita Bread and Vegetables (V) Bourbon Whiskey Meatballs Gouda Mac n’ Cheese Balls (V) Sides: Creamy Mashed Potatoes (V) Seasonal Roasted Vegetables (V) Mains: Snowbowl Spring Salad (V) Pork Belly White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese Lemon Butter Chicken

When is the RSVP deadline?

We ask that all guests RSVP by August 31, 2026. This allows us to have ample time to finalize all wedding details before our big day!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that all guests dress in cocktail/semi-formal attire.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive as early as 4:00PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. It will be a busy time of year so please plan accordingly for traffic and potential delays.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration if they are included on your invite. If they are not included and you cannot find alternate arrangements, please let Sam know. Please be aware of the elevation. The Snowbowl is nearly 9000 feet above sea level!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. We ask that you please tip the bartenders if you get drinks.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, if you are unable to drive following the event and need to rideshare (Uber/Lyft) back to where you are staying, the venue allows guests to keep their cars there overnight. The gates to the venue will open at 9:00AM the following day for anyone who needs to retrieve their vehicles.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.
