How do I RSVP for the wedding? What should I do if I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Can I bring a plus-one or my kids to the wedding?

Answer

Additional guests are not permitted, invitation specified guests only.

What should I wear to the wedding? Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

This is a formal fairytale secret garden-themed wedding and encourages pastel and spring colors. Please wear a formal floor length gown, pantsuit, jumpsuit, suit, or tuxedo. Dress to impress! White, ivory, champagne, and similar shades are not permitted. For any further inquiries, please contact the bride.

RSVP as not planning to attend or if changing RSVP contact Bride/Groom

Is there a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

There is no hotel block for guests, however, there is a list of hotels/Inns/motels and other accommodations on the website under the accommodations tab.

What are the nearest airports?

Answer

The closest airport is San Diego International, just 40 minutes from the venue. For those attending the bridal shower or bachelor/bachelorette parties, please fly into LAX and drive two hours to Fallbrook for the ceremony.

How do I get to the wedding venue and what are the parking arrangements?

Answer

There is no public transportation, so guests must rent a car or come in their own vehicle. There is free parking at the venue.

What are the accessibility options for disabled guests?

Answer

There will be golf carts accessible to drive guests who are disabled or cannot walk far distances.

Are there local attractions or activities we can explore while in town?

Answer

Yes, the venue is in the heart of wine country. Please look at the Things to do tab on the website.

Where can I find the couple’s gift registry? Is it okay to give a gift that’s not on the registry? What should I do if I want to send a gift before or after the wedding?

Answer

Please find the registry on the wedding website. Gifts not on the registry are accepted. If a gift is large or is given before or after the wedding, please contact the bride/groom for shipping details as this is a destination wedding.

Can I give cash or gift cards as a gift?

Answer

Yes, cash gifts and gift cards are accepted. There will be a card/cash box on the gift table.

Is there a money dance? What is it’s purpose?

Answer

Yes! A money dance is a love offering and an opportunity to personally dance with the bride and groom. The cash will be used towards their honeymoon.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We are encouraging guests to arrive at 4:15, please arrive no later than 4:30 to receive the guest welcome drink, and program, and view the bride's grand entrance.

Where should I sit at the ceremony? How do I find my seat at the ballroom reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is no seating chart, but the first few rows are reserved for the bridal party and immediate family. At the reception, there are no assigned seats, except for reserved tables for the bridal party and close family, however, guests will be announced during the reception.

Is it okay to take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes however please have your ringer and sound off.

What should I do if my child gets fussy during the ceremony?

Answer

Please escort your child out of the area to prevent disruption and recording of the ceremony.

Is it okay to request songs from the DJ?

Answer

The DJ will be playing a pre-selected song list and will not be accepting song requests.

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please reach out to the Bride/Groom ahead of time to be accommodated.

Is there an open or cash bar?

Answer

The bride’s parents will provide lemonade, sweet tea, water, and four complimentary alcoholic drinks: welcome champagne, two drink tickets for the cocktail hour and dinner (for well liquor, beer, and wine), and champagne for the toast. Premium drinks are available for purchase, and any additional alcohol beyond the four drinks is the responsibility of the guests.
