On paper, we came from two different worlds. One of us from the land of misty mornings, evergreen trees, and cozy coffee shops in Seattle. The other from the sunshine, palm trees, and endless energy of California. It seemed unlikely that our paths would cross — one world runs on rain jackets and espresso, the other on flip-flops and sunshine. But somehow, the universe had a different plan. When we finally met, it felt like we’d known each other forever. What really drew us together was our love for Punjabi culture, our excitement over the same foods, and the shared values that made it feel like home from the start. Soon, we were blending the best of both worlds and discovering that whether under gray skies or golden sunsets, life is just better together. And that’s how two worlds collided and became one story — the story that’s bringing us here, to celebrate with all of you.
