All room rates are in USD. *Important* - The name on the reservation needs to match your passport EXACTLY* Please be mindful of this when you are making your reservation. When you are in the process of making your reservation, please only choose the hotel only option - if you choose to book flights through the link, Suzanne cannot assist you with your flights. Please book your flights with your preferred airline separately. The closest airport to the resort is Cancun, Mexico. You may book your flights with your preferred airline. If you need assistance booking flights, please e-mail Suzanne. Transfers for up to 2 adults will be included in your reservation, any guests over and above 2 or guest who are not arriving at the same time will need to purchase their airport transfers. Flight information must be submitted atleast 14 business days prior to your arrival. Do not add and pay for transfers when making your reservation. All reservations must be booked and secured with the minimum deposit by: May 15th, 2026 Final Payments will automatically be charged to your card on file 60 days prior to your arrival date. If you are wishing to change the card on file please make sure you do so minimum 14 business days prior to the payment deadline. If you wish to make payments towards your reservation, you may do so by the self serve options provided in your reservation confirmation email.
