What time should I arrive?

Answer

Once onsite, you will be taking a trolley to our ceremony. Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15 to ensure ample time to board the trolley.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We LOVE your little ones, but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please, unless specified on your invitation.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outdoors with the reception being held indoors.

Semi-formal/cocktail attire!

There is free parking onsite, however NO overnight parking is allowed. **Please plan accordingly**

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle going to/from Running Aces Hotel and the venue.

What's the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Shuttle will begin pickups at Running Aces at 3:30pm and run until ceremony time. Shuttle will begin pickups at Abella at 10:00pm, with the last Shuttle at 11:45pm.
