FAQs

We have done our best to answer any potential questions below. If you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to Mason or Jarrett.
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. If unable to RSVP online, please reach out to Jarrett at 903-504-1646.

Question

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by April 04, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Mason or Jarrett as soon as possible.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation or on the RSVP tab. If a plus one has been given to you, it will have been indicated in one of these two ways. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of those that are in the wedding. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes to allow time for parking, signing the guest book, and finding a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony but can join us for cocktail hour!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras are allowed until after the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held in a fully-covered outdoor space. The reception will be in an indoor area located near where the ceremony took place.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This event is cocktail/semi-formal attire. Please reserve all shades of white for the bride.

Question

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, if you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab on our website or a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! Beer, seltzers, and cocktails will be provided.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Tyler, TX. We have a hotel block at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Lindale Tyler for your convenience. Go to the "travel" tab at the top for more info! However, if you would rather find your own place to stay, there are multiple options located in Tyler or Lindale.
