The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating!
There is a main parking lot for the ceremony. Once finished, there will be complimentary golf cart shuttles to the reception hall. The shuttles will also be available for transport back to your vehicle when leaving!
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding day as a date night to relax and enjoy! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!
Semi-formal attire, please. Dresses, dress shirts, slacks, or suits are perfect for the occasion! If jeans, boots, and a button up are your go-to, that is perfect, too! Our ceremony will be outside in the grass. The reception will be both indoors and out. Please keep that in mind when selecting attire/footwear! If you are wanting to dress in our color pallet, you can wear fall oranges, dusty blue, navy, tan, or even brown! Please, no white/ivory/cream!

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!
Our ceremony will move indoors! Our wonderful venue team will get everyone moved to the dining hall if rain were to become an issue!
We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket, on silent, during the ceremony. We have an awesome team that will capture every detail of the wedding and we will of course share those once returned! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and we encourage you to snap away!
