I remember this day like it happened yesterday. I was fresh off of my Ciara's prayer when a stranger slid into my dm's saying nothing but the sweetest compliments. I couldn't help but blush so hard! What a surprise this was! His parents were visiting from Chicago for the weekend. So he tricked me by telling me that we were just going to dinner with his parents. On our way to dinner, he tells the cab driver to pull over and we'll walk the rest of the way. By this point, I was annoyed because why wouldn't you just take the cab all the way? What was the point? I later got the point when we walked through Bryant Park and I spotted my mom and two of my best friends standing with balloons and rose petals in the shape of a heart. I couldn't help but immediately burst into tears! He got down on one knee and popped the question. I was crying so hard, no one heard my response but it was a resounding YES!
