Our wedding will be a celebration with our closest friends and family at our favorite place on earth. Tabernash holds a special place in our hearts, and our first date was skiing down the slopes of Winter Park. This place has become our oasis and we are so excited to share it with you all!

Jarred and Michaela met at the Beaver Creek Ski Lodge in 2013. Jarred was a student guest for the University of Denver Executive Summit, expertly networking with high profile finance industry leaders, and Michaela was there catering the event with her parents. Ironically, Jarred met Michaela's mother first and she introduced them! Michaela was busy starting college and Jarred was finishing his MBA and they did not see each other for an entire year, until they were both at the same University event the following January. Michaela instantly recognized Jarred and offered him a few too many appetizers...Jarred also recognized Michaela and spent the evening talking with her instead of networking to find a new job! At the end of the evening, Jarred, very professionally, handed Michaela his business card in case she needed any "college advice". Fast forward a few weeks later and Michaela and Jarred went on their first ski date at Winter Park. The rest is history!
