What is the dress code?

Answer

Wear your best flannel! No need for your old man's tux.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 15th, 2025. We need to confirm a final headcount with the venue and catering in advance for meal planning.

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

There are parking spots available at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Concord, NH with limited overflow parking east of the church.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Yes and yes. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitted) and the reception will be inside Unitarian Universalist Church. If in the event of rain/snow the ceremony will be held in the Sanctuary of the church.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, Pizza and Potluck! Little Zoe’s Pizza of Keene will be baking pizza’s in their mobile brick oven food truck at the reception. Please bring your favorite potluck dish with recipe!

What time is the ceremony and where should I go?

Answer

There ceremony will be at 3:00pm on Saturday the October 18th. Park in the Unitarian Universalist Church. Signs will guide you from the church to the ceremony.

Can I use my phone during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking that people turn their phones off during the ceremony. We have a professional photographer taking photos and we want you to be present with us! You can use your phone later during the festivities and we'll have other ways to capture the day too. Please ask before posting photos of us to social media. Thanks for understanding!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'd love to know as soon as possible if you can attend, but if you need some more time, August 15th is when we'd like to know by. If you need more time, let us know.
