When does ceremony begin?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm and doors open at 4:30 pm.

When should I RSVP by?

The wedding invitations to follow will contain RSVP details. Please RSVP by May 4th. We hope you're able to join us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue limitations only guests listed on the invitation can be accommodated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Reservations are available at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa through May 20th. For the booking link, please visit the accommodations section of our website. Outside of our wedding block there are other hotels in the area including The Lodge at Sonoma, El Pueblo Inn, MacArthur Place, Best Western Sonoma Valley Inn and Seven Branches Inn.

Are kids welcome?

While we would love to have all of the kids in our lives present, please check your invitation for those we'll be able to accommodate due to venue limitations. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal cocktail attire is requested. For woman, please be cautious when wearing stiletto heels as the ceremony will take place on grass.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from the Sonoma Golf Club back to the Fairmont at the end of the evening on Saturday, June 28th. Please make your own arrangements for arrival to the venue prior to the ceremony. Parking is complimentary and you are welcome to leave your car overnight.
