6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The final meetup for the bridal party before the big day, how exciting! Please come prepared to run things over a million times. Your patience is greatly appreciated while we try to work out any kinks. Don’t worry, we won’t let you go hungry. Dinner will be provided after we’ve set everything in stone.
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The wedding color is black. This is a semi-formal event. The wedding will be held in a grass lawn. Please dress accordingly.
It’s the big moment, the moment everyone is here for. Jaron and Shayleigh will finally become one. There is parking at the venue. You will be guided upon arrival. Feel free to arrive up to an hour prior to the ceremony start time. Accommodations (such as senior parking and assistance for those in need) has been put in place. Feel free to reach out if you’ll be in need of these. The bride and groom ask that there be no phones out during the ceremony. They have paid for photographers and videographers to capture this special moment.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
This is a transitional period. For most guests, you’ll be slowly moved into the tent for the reception. For a select few, you’ll be grabbed for photographs. While you’re waiting, feel free to socialize. See someone you’ve never met before? Go say hey! Get a group together and say a prayer over the bride and groom. Use this time to take a potty break (and don’t forget to wash those hands). Take some time to catch up with old friends! Most importantly, take a breather and relax before the festivities that will begin in approximately 1-2 hours after the ceremony.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Now for the fun part, it’s time to eat! The bride and groom are going to take this as an opportunity to come say hello to all of the guests. They will greet your table, chat for a few minutes, then you’ll be released to the food line. The menu has been listed in the FAQs section of the website. If you are unable to consume the food provided due to dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom. We will come to a resolution. While you dine, the first dance, father daughter dances, and mother son dance will take place.
7:00 pm - 10:30 pm
Whoop whoop, time to party! There will be dances, games, and music to enjoy. Please try your best to be present. The bride and groom have stated that they hope to not see a phone in sight, unless you’re capturing some memories on its camera. Have fun, and be safe! Please note that there will be no overnight stays allowed, and that each guest is expected to provide their own transportation home.
