When should I RSVP by?
Answer
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 11, 2025. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates, plus, we want to ensure we have a seat reserved and plenty of food for you!

What should I wear?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you and would love for all of our guests to feel their best! Our wedding has a formal theme, and while we’re hoping everyone will enjoy dressing up, we want to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and included, no matter what they choose to wear. In keeping with our celebration’s style, we kindly ask guests to aim for formal attire and if you feel like dressing up even more–black tie! Below is a helpful guide to what that could look like: Black Tie Attire: • Women: Floor-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses. • Men: Tuxedos with a black tie or bowtie. Formal Attire (a bit more flexible): • Women: Formal cocktail dresses or a stylish evening look. • Men: Suits, dress shirts with dress pants, or even a smart blazer and trousers. No need for a tuxedo—just come dressed to impress! Ultimately, we want everyone to feel confident and comfortable. Whether you prefer a tuxedo or a nice suit, a gown or a chic cocktail dress, we know you’ll look amazing, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If your invitation was addressed only to you, you may or may not have a plus one. To check, try RSVP’ing on the website—if a plus one was included, you’ll have the option to add their name. If more than one person is listed on the formal invitation, please ensure that you and all others listed on the invitation have RSVP'd. This helps ensure that we do not get in trouble with our venue for going over the guest limit. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes. The ceremony and reception is at the same venue and there will be parking. However, we kindly ask our guests to park in the designated areas at the venue. This will help us ensure that everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5.00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones and would love to celebrate with them, our wedding will be an adults-only event. This rule excludes the little ones mentioned on your invitations, our bridal party and a few little members of family. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! We currently have a hotel block with the Hilton Garden Inn by the Kansas City Airport. To book a room, please visit the "travel" tab on this wedding website and follow the instructions. Make sure to book by August 5th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! There will be free transportation for guests who have booked a room with Hilton Garden Inn through our wedding website.

What do I do if the rooms at the hotel are all filled?
