If you are flying CVG is located 20 minutes from Newport/Cincinnati. Uber and lyfts are available to transfer you to and from the airport.

This is about a 7-8 minute walk from the venue. There is a $10 daily parking fee and if you're coming in Saturday, check in time is not till 4. Please be aware of this as you might not be able to get in till 4.

This is about 7-8 minute walk from the venue. Check in is not till 4 p.m. but you may call the hotel between 12-2 and see if you can get in sooner. If the room is available you can get in.
