Where to Stay?

We suggest staying at the Grandstay Hotel: 15980 MN-23, Spicer, MN 56288 (320)347-1450 or (320)347-1500 where we have a set amount of rooms blocked off or at the Best Western Plus: 2100 US-12, Willmar, MN 56201; we do not have rooms blocked off at the Best Western Plus. Please try and book outside the room block at the Grandstay if possible and there are rooms available to ensure everyone has a place to stay. Please note: there is no discount for booking in the room block at the Grandstay Hotel. If you prefer to camp, below are a few campsites near the wedding venue. Please note: there will be no camping or parking of RVs/Campers on the wedding venue. Please book rooms and reserve campsites as soon as possible as both will fill up. Will Transportation be Provided?
Answer
There will be a shuttle service provided to and from the wedding venue on the day of the wedding. The shuttle will be picking up and dropping off from the Grandstay Hotel and the Best Western Plus. There will be no other pickup or drop off locations. Wedding day shuttle schedule to follow.

Are there taxis/Ubers/rideshare services available?
Answer
No. This is a very small town area, there are no transportation services.

We suggest renting a car at the airport for the weekend.

Wedding Day Parking
Answer
There will be limited space available for parking at the wedding venue. Driving and parking at a shuttle pickup is also an option.
