Please arrive at 4:30pm for our Prelude and a welcome drink. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. If you arrive later than 5pm, please wait to join us for Cocktail Hour.
Yes! We will have trolley services available from two downtown hotels -- The Brookstown Inn and The Fairfield Inn & Suites. The trolleys will take guests to the event, and back to the hotels after the reception. We will update specific timing here on our website closer to the event.
Yes! There is plenty of free parking on-site at Forsyth Country Club if you do not wish to use the trolley services we are providing, or are local to the Winston-Salem area.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors under a tent, followed by cocktail hour on the patio. Afterwards, we’ll head indoors to the formal ballroom for a sit-down dinner and dancing.
