Our wedding is Western Formal. We invite you to dress in classic, elegant attire with a subtle western influence. Ladies: Floor-length, midi, or cocktail dresses are all welcome. Cowboy boots, turquoise jewelry, and other Western-inspired accessories are encouraged if they fit your style. Please avoid white (or shades that photograph as white) and denim. Gentlemen: Suits or sport coats with dress pants are encouraged. Cowboy boots are absolutely welcome. Please avoid jeans, T-shirts, and overly casual attire. Our celebration will take place entirely outdoors on grass, dirt paths, and uneven terrain, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. For those who'd like to avoid matching the wedding party, our groomsmen will be wearing black and our bridesmaids will be wearing dark brown. Cowboy hats are welcome if they're part of your personal style but are completely optional. Above all, we hope you'll feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate with us. We can't wait to share our day with you!
Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding!
While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are children who have been specifically invited. If your child is included, they will appear on your invitation and RSVP. Thank you for understanding and helping us enjoy an evening celebrating together!
Our ceremony and reception will both take place outdoors at a ranch. September evenings in Pine Valley are beautiful but can cool off after sunset, so bringing a light jacket is never a bad idea.
Please RSVP through the RSVP tab on this website by August 20. Simply search your name to respond for everyone included on your invitation.
We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras tucked away during our ceremony. We've hired an amazing photographer to capture every moment, and we'd love for you to simply be present with us. Once cocktail hour begins, we'd love for you to snap away!
To help ensure everyone's safety and a smooth arrival, transportation to the ranch will be provided by shuttle for all guests who are not staying on-site. Due to the remote location and limited access road, personal vehicles are not permitted at the venue. Guests staying at Viejas Casino & Resort (or in the surrounding area) should plan to ride the complimentary shuttle from Viejas Casino & Resort. Guests who are staying in campers at the ranch for the weekend may, of course, remain on-site. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided between Viejas Casino & Resort and the ranch from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Shuttle Schedule First departure from Viejas Casino & Resort: 2:00 PM Additional departures will run throughout the afternoon until all guests have arrived. Return shuttles will run throughout the evening beginning after the reception. Please note: Seating is limited on each shuttle. We kindly ask that guests arrive at the pickup location 10–15 minutes before their intended departure. Shuttles will depart promptly and will continue running on a rotating schedule throughout the day.
No. Unless you have been previously authorized, or you are staying on-site at the ranch, all guests must arrive via the provided shuttle service. Our venue is located on private ranch property with a narrow access road, so we've arranged shuttle transportation for everyone's convenience and safety. We kindly ask that guests do not drive personal vehicles to the ranch.
Shuttle departure times will be posted here closer to the wedding date. Please plan to arrive at the shuttle pickup location a few minutes before your scheduled departure, as shuttles will leave promptly. If you're staying on-site at the ranch, additional arrival information will be provided prior to the wedding.
