How do I RSVP?

Answer

There will be no formal invitations sent. Your room reservation will be considered your "yes" RSVP. Please see the "Travel / Accommodations" tab for information on how to book your room.

What days should we plan on being at the resort?

Answer

We have the room block from June 3rd through June 10th, 2026. Remember, this is your vacation, there just happens to be a wedding on June 5th! There is a 3 night minimum with our room block, but feel free to stay as long as you'd like. If you would like to book any days outside of June 3rd-10th, submit your reservation with the days you'd like, and our travel coordinator, Hola Weddings, will get in touch with you to confirm your reservation.

How many people can stay in a room?

Answer

1-2 people can stay in all room types. 3 people can stay in the Junior Suite Tropical View room. Please note that if you’re a solo guest, the room rate is higher than the double occupancy rate. If you're a solo guest and would like to be paired up with another solo guest, please let Jared or Shannon know.

How do I get to Mexico?

Answer

Airplane! You will need to book your flights separately. The resort is approximately 40 minutes from the Cancun International Airport.

Are airport transfers to and from the resort included?

Answer

Round trip, private transportation will be automatically included with every room reservation at a flat rate per room.

What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?

Answer

~ Dressy Casual ~ Ladies: Cocktail dresses, sun dresses, flowy-midi dresses, jumpsuits. Think stylish, breathable fabric! Gentlemen: Think chinos or dress pants and a festive button down - short sleeves are fine! Suits/blazers/ties are not necessary. Just no jeans, por favor.

Are guests under 18 able to attend?

Secrets Moxché is adults-only. Every guest must be at least 18 years old.

What is included in the all-inclusive package?

Answer

Your stay includes all meals, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), room service, resort amenities, entertainment, and most activities. Some premium services, such as spa treatments and excursions, may have additional costs.

Should I tip at the resort?

Answer

The hotel is all-inclusive, but we recommend that you bring small bills (1/5/10s) for tipping bartenders, staff and service at meals. The resort accepts US Dollars so there is no need to exchange your cash for Pesos.
