Do I need a passport?

Answer

A passport is required for travel to Mexico. Processing times can vary, so we suggest applying early. If it's your first time applying for a passport, you'll need to do so in person. More details can be found here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html

How do I book my room?

Answer

Please email both "reservations.mhkl@gsf-hotels.com and reservations2.mhkl@gsf-hotels.com" and reference the “Taylor Cohen and Jared Golden Wedding” room block. *All reservations MUST be done by contacting the above email address. Please do not use third-party sites. - Please make reservations as soon as possible to ensure you lock in the negotiated rate. - Rooms must be booked by March 24, 2024.

Is the hotel all-inclusive?

Answer

The rooms on our block include breakfast and lunch OR dinner. You can decide each day whether you want lunch or dinner with that second meal. You have the option of upgrading to all-inclusive (3 full meals & drinks) at the time of check in.

Suggested attire: Beach cocktail (no shorts please)

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the resort.

Are there other events aside from your wedding that I can attend?

Answer

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If you already know whether or not you can't make it, please feel free to let us know as soon as possible. The final RSVP deadline will be indicated once the formal invites are sent.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation states "and Guest", please feel free! In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to email us with any questions!

Can my kids come to the wedding?

Answer

Almost no one loves kids more than we do. However, in order to keep our celebration small (and give you a night off), we will not be including kids at our celebrations throughout the weekend.
