Our story began in high school, it started with a social media post from one of Jared's friends celebrating his birthday. Intrigued, I decided to connect with him, sending birthday wishes and striking up conversations. It wasn't long before I knew I had found someone special. Our first date was a blend of fun and lightheartedness. We ventured to Top Golf, where Jared showcased his sporting prowess, while I admitted my golfing struggles. Nevertheless, we laughed and enjoyed each other's company. Later, we found ourselves watching the sunset at the lake near Jared's home, a moment etched in our memories as the beginning of our journey together.

On December 15th, my best friend Samia invited me to join her for a Christmas lights adventure. I agreed, sensing there was more to this outing than just viewing decorations. She led me on a wild goose chase, ending at the lake where Jared and I had shared our first date. The area was adorned with photos capturing our journey together, creating a romantic ambiance. As I stepped out of the car, there was Jared, waiting for me by the water's edge.
