Camp Wood is a heart of gold. From growing up in the local river spots, to walking miles in between this small town I was never truly BORED! In the picture above is one of the best swimming spots after a good flood, the quincé! Lots of great local spots to eat right in town, city park with updated playground equipment for kids! The chocolate shop is a nice place filled with boutique items, and chocolates! This list of places will be where I visited the most while living in camp wood!

Get the best old fashioned ice creams, or shop for some cute apparel at this sweet shop! I worked at this shop after high school with Sandy! Too much fun and such a great place for the kiddos to see old fashioned ice cream and jukebox playin!

Casa Falcon Restaurant

This is an easy going family restaurant offering a Mexican style breakfast buffet and some of the best enchiladas and fajitas I’ve ever had! They hold a high review rating bringing customers and family from towns over! Casa Flacon has never disappointed me!

Just below the bridge where this is taken, there is this beautiful spot to swim at about a mile outside of town! There is also the store right alongside the highway with drinks snacks and river gear! There’s also the RV park listed as the name above!

This gas station is right in the middle of town next to the elementary school. I can’t count how many times I’ve been to this lil store and it has EVERYTHING for the most part! Camp wood does its best to work together to help provide things for each other!
