We're getting Married!

Jared and Melanie's love story is a beautiful coincidence. After connecting on social media through mutual friends, they started hanging out in person, grabbing food and doing escape rooms. As they spent more time together, they started to fall in love. Their fresh and new relationship was put to the test when they had to navigate Jared going into bootcamp. With two months of nearly no contact, Melanie's daily handwritten letters kept Jared going during the tough times. After he graduated bootcamp, they had to endure another four months of long distance. As time passed, they grew closer, which led to them taking the next step and moving in together, learning to care for each other in new ways. Their love brought them closer to God, intertwining him in all aspects of their lives, as they continued to mature together. The ultimate test of their love came when Jared took Melanie on a breathtaking hike to Heart Lake in the Sierra Nevada mountain range. There he got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife, without hesitation, Melanie said yes. They are now excited to start their new lives together as the future Mr. and Mrs. Coolbaugh and have you witness their beautiful day when the two become one!
