What should I wear to this event?

Answer

Dress however you feel most comfortable - this isn't a flashy or formal event. We want everyone to be relaxed and have fun.

Where will this event take place?

Answer

Our reception will be held at Matthew Roberts Stables in Cave Creek, AZ. The reception will take place outside on the farm so we can enjoy the amazing Spring weather in Arizona.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we have no crystal ball to tell us the weather on the actual day, it's March in Arizona - so you can expect daytime highs in the mid to upper 70s. It may be cooler in the morning, so it's best to dress in layers.

Will I be able to interact with the horses on the farm?

Answer

Since most of the horses are owned by people who are boarding/training them here and trusting us with their health and safety, we ask that you do not pet or feed the horses unless given permission by the owner. Some horses have specific diets they follow and horses can bite if given the opportunity. That being said... we will be incorporating a few of the horses into the event so everyone can enjoy and interact with them.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Yes - we are happy to have your children join us on our special day. We just ask that you keep an eye on them since this is a working horse farm and there will be staff on site driving around to tend to the animals.
