FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

April 10th!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You’ll need a babysitter for our Big Day (and we can help you find one!) We want you to all get the night off and enjoy the party. However we’d love to see all the kiddos at the Welcome Reception and Farewell Brunch.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Feel free to park and leave your car over night if necessary, but we’ll also post info on shuttles from the hotel to the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be leaving the Marriott at 3:20pm and the Hyatt at 3:30pm. They will be available at the end of the night as well.

Question

What are the COVID protocols?

Answer

We know that the past couple years have been crazy and some of you may be weary of travel and large gatherings, so we want to thank you all for coming to celebrate with us. The entire wedding day will be held outdoors so we hope that this comes as some relief. Additionally, we ask the following: When you RSVP, you will be asked if your party is vaccinated. For vaccinated guests, we encourage you (but do not require) a home self-test within 24 hours of the wedding. This would be an added safety measure to prevent positive asymptomatic transmissions. For unvaccinated guests, a negative PCR test taken 24-72 hours prior to the event will be required for entry along with a home self-test the day of the event. Self-test results can be proven with a picture of you holding the negative test. Lastly, if you have any symptoms the day before or the day of the event, please notify us and do not attend. While we would love to have you celebrate, we do not want you to put others at risk.

For all the days along the way
