What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. Long evening dresses for women and suits or tuxedos for men are encouraged. We’re so excited to celebrate with you and can’t wait to see what everyone wears!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:15PM (or earlier) to be seated and settled. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted ceremony, late arrivals may not be admitted until a suitable pause.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is no on site parking, but paid parking is available nearby. Ride share and public transit are great options.

Can I bring a date or plus one?

Answer

We are excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Both will be held at The Permanent in downtown Vancouver.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Dinner and dessert will be provided. A hosted bar will be available for guests to enjoy, followed by a cash bar later in the evening.

Are children invited?

This will be a mostly adult celebration, and we kindly ask that young children not attend.

Is there an age restriction for the evening?

Kindly note that due to venue policy, guests under the age of 19 are required to depart by 10:00 PM.

Unplugged ceremony

Answer

We kindly invite you to take a few moments to capture photos as the ceremony begins. Once seated, we ask that all phones be put away so everyone can be fully present as we say 'I do'. We would love for you to capture and share moments throughout the rest of the evening.
