Room Blocks and Shuttle Service

There is limited space in the Apple Tree Inn reserved for the wedding party. We have reserved room blocks at two hotels. Wedding shuttle service will be provided from the hotels to the Apple Tree Inn and back again at the end of the evening. To promote safe partying, using the shuttle is encouraged, regardless of whether you’re in the room blocks.

We have 10 rooms blocked from Friday through Sunday! Use the Code JBW to book the rooms in the reservation. If the room block is sold out, feel free to book here anyways, as we are planning a shuttle to the venue.

We have 15 rooms booked for Friday through Sunday. In this block you must book both nights, so this is a great chance to spend the full fall weekend in Lenox!

Airports

Albany International Airport (ALB), Bradley International Airport (BDL), and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) are all good options for flying into New England. If you want to avoiding driving, let us know and we could try to find you a buddy to carpool with!
