The year was 2014, Jessica & Jared's paths crossed on Twitter. Jessica tweeted "like for a to be honest". Then came Jared, who liked her tweet. They connected via text and talked for weeks, but then the spark faded away. One day, a new friend transferred to Jessica's high school. The girls were chatting it up in the school library, and she said, "I have a friend who would be perfect for you, he's my best friend." Jessica replied, "oo Okay, but he has to text me first." That night, Jessica went home with no thought in the world that her friends best friend would message her. Her phone lit up, and there was the name "Jared Washington" with a text message that said, "Hi, my friend told me to text you. How is your day going?" Jessica replied, "It's Jessica from Twitter," & that same night they talked the night away about their favorite artist, The Weeknd, and so much more. Weeks later, on April 6, 2014, they went on their first date. Over the last 10 and a half years, they have fallen in love, gone off to college, graduated undergrad, supported each other through their dreams, raised cats, moved in together, and are now getting married in Cancun, Mexico, on March 20, 2027.
